CHANGING THE WORLD THROUGH GREEN THINKINGAugust 18, 2021
Nitrile rubber insulation is very versatile and flexible insulation. It is widely used in the Industrial insulation, air-conditioning, plumbing, and HVAC industries for seals, gaskets, heat insulation, soundproof, and vibration dampening applications. It is closed-cell elastomeric insulation and is resistant to water vapor, oil, and most acids. They have foamed polymer blend of PVC and nitrile rubber materials.
Nitrile rubber insulation (NBR) used for insulation inside and around the air conditioning units. Usually, the place that needs to have its climate-controlled also requires insulation around it. The process of insulation is simply used to keep energy; mostly heat, electricity, and sound, contained and not allowed to spread. Insulation makes it possible for air conditioners to maintain temperature, otherwise, air conditioners would perpetually keep trying to cool or heat a room and the heat would spread around making it impossible for the HVAC units to work.
The rubber’s ability to mold into different shapes is also used by the HVAC industry to make different structural parts of the air conditioner units. Rubber is also used as anti-vibration pads that are used to protect the moving parts from damage.
Rubber is also used for soundproofing due it being a good insulator. Loud air conditioners are now history. By using high-quality rubber HVAC industry is able to come up with quiet, even silent air conditioners.
Rubber is also a great insulator against sound and therefore very useful for cushioning structure-borne noise generated at base plates and floors.
HVAC INDUSTRY IN THE MIDDLE EAST
Thanks to the HVAC industry, living comfortably in harsh climatic conditions has become possible. We can live in the middle of the deserts with extremely high temperatures and scorching heat without breaking a sweat. We could also be living in subzero temperatures roaming around our house in shorts and tee-shirts not feeling the extreme temperature around us.
Air conditioners make this possible, but the truth is that these air-conditioners would not be able to perform without quality Nitrile rubber insulation. Rubber and other similar materials like foam and certain plastic are the core components of any sort of air conditioning machine. Rubber can be called the air and water for the HVAC industry.
Rubber World Industry LLC thrives on excellent products and services for our customers and looks for the best possible components for the manufacturing of our GULF-O-FLEX® products.
