Our HVAC products and manufacturing process follow the Green Building Regulations that are implemented in various countries like the United Arab Emirates. In addition to this, we ensure that the whole manufacturing process adheres to international standards. RWI is a pioneer UAE national enterprise. Through our hard work and world-class products, we are pioneers of the HVAC industry in the entire Gulf and South-East Asia region. Today, we supply 56% of the region’s requirements for rubber insulation products. Also, through international exports to the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Far East Asia, we are able to achieve overall global success.

Gulf-O-Flex®

Rubber World Industries LLC developed “Gulf-O-Flex®” as our flagship brand in flexible foam insulation. Through careful selection of raw materials and constant quality control over the manufacturing process, we ensure that our products are highly reliable.

Gulf-O-Flex® products come in tube and sheet forms. it’s been engineered to be dust free, fiber-free, CFC free, has zero ODP, formaldehyde free, and also has low VOCs. Therefore, we making the products environmentally friendly and resistant to mold and mildew.

Gulf-O-Flex® are closed-cell elastomeric rubber insulation products that are used extensively worldwide because of their unique characteristics which are needed to achieve energy efficiency. Through constant quality control and submission of insulation samples for testing, we are able to make sure that our products’ quality adheres to international standards. With regards to product conformity, Gulf-O-Flex® products are certified by Dubai Civil Defence & Dubai Central Laboratory and also obtaining Singapore Green Building Council certification. We are also have contributed to national landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, the Green Community, Saadiyat Island, and Yas Island to name a few. we are not stopping there either, as we are still continuing to help build institutions such as the construction of various schools in Dubai and international schools in Ajman. Our products are also used in different hotels and housing construction all over UAE and the MENA region.
