Gulf-O-Flex® UltraLine is a next-generation line-set insulation combining a closed-cell NBR/PVC elastomeric foam core with a co-extruded UV-resistant polymeric jacket. It delivers superior protection against thermal loss, condensation, UV radiation, and mechanical damage, eliminating the need for field-applied coating or additional jacketing.

Designed for outdoor refrigerant and condensate lines, roof-mounted piping, and exposed installations in tropical and coastal conditions, UltraLine provides an operating temperature range of -70°C to +105°C with peaks up to 121°C. Available in ID sizes from 1/4" to 2-5/8" with wall thicknesses of 1/2", 3/4", and 1".
